PSSC 2010 Summer Session Hours/Dates
Summer Session One: June 28 – July 14, 2010 – 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
No school Monday, July 5th.
Summer Session Two: July 15 – July 30, 2010 – 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

If you are unable to register and pay on-line:

Print the registration form and other supporting forms and mail to PSSC or bring them in during business hours, Mon-Fri, 7:30-3:00. A reminder: students will not be considered enrolled if the $35.00 non-refundable registration fee is not included. NO CHECKS,
CASH or MONEY ORDERS ONLY!
Summer Session Factoids
Summer session is open to all incoming 9th – 12th grade students- no exceptions, must be a high school student to participate.
Paperwork required for successful registration
Enrollment application, signed attendance/dress code, emergency form, off campus permission and electronic media policy form. It is very important that every effort be made to ensure all forms are submitted to PSSC prior to summer session start. This will allow our students to start the program immediately.
Remember to make three program selections unless registering on-line.

3. Click Summer Session Programs
4. Find your program in thelist and click Add
5. S1 for first summer school session or S2 for second summer session
6. Fill in ALL blanks on the Application which appears
7. Click Add one more time

Round trip transportation is provided from Federal Way and Highline high schools:

Students are requested to consider carpooling or Metro ridership (routes 132, 122) to lessen traffic impacts on campus and the surrounding community.
Attendance Policy
Students who are absent over two days can continue to attend summer session, but will not earn grade/credit. A late arrival or early dismissal counts as 1/3rd of an absence. See PSSC Summer Session attendance policy for details.
Lunches
Lunch will be available for a reasonable cost in our Class Act Restaurant during the times/days they are open (students will be informed of restaurant hours on the first day. Restaurant is closed the first two days of summer session) or students can bring their own lunch. There is a Deli within one block of PSSC, but students must have the off campus permission slip signed by parents in order to leave campus for any reason. Please bring proper change for vending machines, we are not allowed to give change.

Who: Students entering in September 2010; 9, 10, 11, & 12th grade in the Highline, Federal Way, Fife, Tukwila, & Tahoma School Districts. No graduated seniors.
Other School Districts may enroll on a space-available basis.
Cost: $35 non-refundable registration fee per Summer Session 2010
Credits: 0.5 high school elective credit with 90 hours class time for each summer school session
